✈️ We are pleased to announce that Hello Airport is now officially a member of the Airports AI Alliance!
The role of Artificial Intelligence within the aviation industry is continuing to grow day by day. In the past, the question was whether AI engagement was viable for airports. Fast forward to today, and now the question is how embedded can AI be within operations, strategy and long-term visions for the future.
As AI adoption continues to accelerate, so does the need for collaboration. Our acceptance as a new member of the Airports AI Alliance provides an opportunity for forward-thinking airports and innovative organisations like ours to work together, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the responsible adoption of emerging technologies across airport operations and passenger experiences.

With our Digital Team Members, our goal is to support both passengers and hardworking teams by better managing the complexities of modern travel, all whilst ensuring operations and processes run more efficiently.
Since launching our first aviation Digital Team Member at Glasgow Airport in 2024, we’ve expanded our partnerships across the UK and internationally, delivering valuable staff time savings and providing seamless support for passengers at every touchpoint.
Within the Alliance, we’re joining a network of leading airport executives and fellow innovators, all committed to the adoption of AI across the industry. Through open discussion, collaboration and shared learning, we’ll gain deeper insight into the sector’s challenges, emerging trends, and evolving perspectives on Artificial Intelligence, whilst contributing our own expertise and insights to help shape its future.
