Improving the Downtown Experience

The Downtown Bellingham Partnership has introduced a downtown digital guide to support residents and visitors downtown. The interactive conversation can provide recommendations, highlight events and local businesses, activate art and history, and share what makes Bellingham special – all aligned with DBP’s voice, mission, and brand. Instant access to information provides a great downtown experience, while gathering valuable feedback and insights to continue to drive improvements and shape decisions based on the real-time experience.

Hello EA Outcomes:

Integrating AI-assisted conversations for residents and visitors to our area has not only been fun, impactful, and smart strategically, but has also provided us with insights into who, how, when, and where people enjoy their time Downtown. We’re very excited to continue to add new points of contact to surprise and delight people for the rest of this year and beyond!
