Overview

As one of the world’s modern powerhouses, Singapore is a leader in innovation, technology and digital culture. As part of SG50 – a year-long celebration of Singapore’s 50th anniversary – our deployment was designed to increase community engagement, gather sentiments and better the City’s understanding of its residents.

  • Gather insights on how the public feels about technology in Singapore
  • Collect thoughts from citizens about how tech can create a better future for the City
  • Inform strategic planning concerned with digital and technological developments

Project Outcomes

  • Provided the Singapore government with a platform to gather feedback from residents
  • The majority of users had a positive outlook in regard to tech and innovation in the City
  • Gathered interesting insights into citizens’ attitudes towards technology and digital
    • 64% of Singaporeans believed that tech in the future will more human and caring
    • 67% of citizens believed that their phone made them more sociable
    • The majority of users were positive in their outlook about existing and new technologies in the City
