Quayside Shopping Centre

Overview

Following a successful deployment at MediaCityUK, Peel Group invited us to launch a second project at Quayside Shopping Centre, Salford Quays. The Peel Group needed assistance in gaining insight from their shoppers on how to keep improving the visitor experience. We deployed signage across the shopping centre, inviting visitors to share their feedback.

Project Goals

  • Automate FAQ responses to support customers during staff out-of-hours
  • Provide shoppers with news on upcoming activities, events, new store openings and exciting offers
  • Gather general shopper sentiment
