Hello Windsor was an interactive customer experience for Windsor town centre. The deployment gathered customer-driven insights by asking visitors and residents for feedback. This helped decision-makers stay informed about public demand for the high street. Users received information about local events, amenities, future development plans, local history, live bus times and the latest Covid-19 safety guidance.
